Although the sauna wood is exposed to extreme stress, the Wood panels design with the highest technical standards, which is why the Wood panel does not emit formaldehyde even at sauna temperatures. The reason for this is the finest craftsmanship in the production process, as the extraordinary appearance of the Slate veneer is provided with a carrier layer reinforced with fiberglass and resin.

Application area:
High-quality private, public and commercial sauna, infrared, heat cabin or wellness facility construction (interior finishing of cabins). Can also be used for bio-saunas or vaporizer saunas with appropriate post-drying and ventilation of the system (short-term max. 60 - 70% humidity). Not suitable for wet cells and steam chambers (100% humidity). Can also be used in the furnace area (observe the furnace manufacturer's information on distances).
Fastening:
The sauna panel with real stone veneer can be cut with all standard cutting machines. For fixing the sauna wood we recommend a combination of gluing and screwing the panel elements (panels). Due to different sauna constructions of the processors we advise to check this in advance and to process accordingly

Gluing:
d4 of the latest generation according to din en 314 part 2 class 3. The gluing quality in terms of water resistance and temperature resistance were tested under laboratory conditions for sauna suitability over a significantly long period.
Joining method:
Knife veneer face layers joined in solid character.
Inner layer:
Plywood construction (rotary cut veneer) made of European aspen (no exotic wood!).
Top layer:
Thin slate real stone with 1,0-1,4mm thickness. Support layer of glass fiber and resin with 2-5mm thickness to ensure the stability of the stone.
