For transparent offers and an open common with each other, we would like to bring you here our shipping conditions a little closer. It is our personal concern to provide our customers with a clear and clean, as well as transparent pricing, so we have taken special care with the shipping overview page.

The shipping prices are based on the value of goods, product type, weight, dimensions and volume of the item. In doing so, the store calculates the final shipping price based on set shipping classes and the country of delivery, taking into account the previously mentioned variables. Therefore, it is not possible for us to specify every combination on this page down to the last detail. However, the final and binding calculated shipping price will be displayed to them in any case at the end of the ordering process immediately before the order is completed and the associated payment.

Example:
Parcel shipping approx. 10Kg for 6,90€ gross + shipping with excess length from 2400 mm at approx. 50 Kg for 135,00€ makes together 141,90€, in a shipping constellation from different warehouses.

As far as everything would come from a warehouse, which the store can recognize on the basis of the shipping classes, the package shipping is omitted, because this is then packed on the pallet. This leaves only the 135€ for shipping. So the store will always offer you the cheapest shipping that is possible for your order combination.

Shipping surcharge / short quantities:
In general, you can order in all constellations in our store. However, if you order goods that have a value below 100€ big, the store will always charge them 20€ gross extra. This way we make sure that we do not generate any losses in the store in case of small spare parts or single reorders and the related effort, and that the labor costs of our employees are covered. Collections, as far as possible, do not fall under this regulation.

Errors reserved
If nevertheless something should not be correct, we reserve ourselves the right to correct the order also after conclusion of the order process and payment, here you have naturally the right of revocation. The same applies to situations in which you have paid too much shipping, in such cases you will receive a credit from us and the balance to the overpaid shipping costs.
