Our Sauna wood with the special structured wood veneer (Haptic surface) sets a high standard in saunas of any kind, infrared cabins and rest and relaxation areas or generally as a finished Deco wood accents in the modern sauna construction. Although the sauna wood is exposed to extreme stress, the Wood panels design with the highest technical demands, which is why the Wood panel does not emit formaldehyde even at sauna temperatures. The wood of the European Oak in Mondsee look is characterized by its uniquely distinctive veneer in a gray-brown shade. The particularly deeply pronounced surface of the Mondsee oak was taken from real beams and split timbers, making the Mondsee veneer absolutely unique.

Field of application:
High-quality private, public and commercial sauna, infrared, heat cabin or wellness facility construction (interior finishing of cabins). can also be used for bio or vaporizer saunas with appropriate post-drying and ventilation of the facility (short-term max. 60 - 70% humidity). Not suitable for wet cells and steam chambers (100% humidity).
Fastening:
For fastening the sauna wood, we recommend a combination of gluing and screwing of the panel elements
(panels). Due to different sauna constructions of the processors we advise to check this in advance in case of deviating fastening and to process accordingly
and to process accordingly. In the case of soft woods, thick veneers as well as old woods, we recommend brushing the panels before installation to prevent subsequent peeling and splintering of these woods.
Warranty:
Outstanding quality requires outstanding service. Therefore, we provide a 10-year glue-down warranty on every smooth-surface sauna wood for residential use and 12,000 hours of service warranty for commercial or public saunas with proper registration.
Gluing:
d4 of the latest generation according to din en 314 part 2 class 3. The gluing quality in terms of water resistance and temperature resistance have been tested under laboratory conditions for sauna suitability over a significantly long period of time.
