Application
When tap water is heated, chemical processes produce smaller or larger amounts of mineral deposits, depending on the water hardness, which remain in the steam cylinder and require maintenance sooner or later. The optionally installed Superflush can significantly increase the discharge of sludgy mineral deposits and thus extend the operating times between maintenance intervals.
Functional description
SuperFlush generates a water flow at the bottom of the cylinder through an inserted nozzle, which supports the discharge of lime particles during the pump-down process. The nozzle is supplied by an additional water inlet solenoid valve and is connected in parallel to the blowdown pump.

Application
In addition to pure h2o, tap water also contains mineral substances (e.g. calcium, magnesium, etc.). When water is heated and evaporated, these precipitate as muddy or crystalline deposits which remain in the steam cylinder and have to be removed during regular maintenance. With the optional "HyFlush" flushing functionality, the deposits can be discharged to a greater extent. This enables a longer operating time between two maintenance intervals.

Application
In more and more markets, measures to protect drinking water are required, e.g. by means of a free outlet on the drainage line and a separate pipe isolator. With HyFlow, additional safety measures become superfluous.
Functional description
After opening the solenoid valve, water flows into the HyFlow and then into the cylinder support base. The cylinder is filled via the static pressure of the water column. If the water level in the HyFlow rises too high, water flows into the wastewater system via an intermediate wall. In the unlikely event that the inlet to the cylinder and the wastewater system should be blocked, the incoming water flows out of the HyFlow through the overflow and leaves the unit through the wastewater connection. Thus, contamination of the drinking water is safely excluded.

The new generation of steam humidifiers from the medium-sized German company Hygromatik. As the successor to the Hygromatik CompactLine steam generators, the FlexLine offers a basic model with 12 performance classes to meet the various requirements for steam quantities. The FlexLine steam humidifier impresses with its high flexibility and availability, which is made possible by its modular Modular system modular system. Due to this design, the basic model serves as the basis for all further configuration options Configuration optionswhich allows the FlexLine to be individually adapted to the various requirements in the air-conditioning and room humidification sector. The exclusive and intelligent system was awarded in three categories and the FlexLine steam humidifiers were named "Best Product 2018" with the Plus x Award. Not only for the air conditioning for common rooms such as offices and the like, but also for the Humidity control of the bio sauna.

Steam generation with full-surface electrodes

HygroMatik electrode steam humidifiers are particularly suitable for operation with normal tap water. Electrode steam generation is the perfect solution when simple and reliable generation of humidity or steam is required.
Electrodes are arranged in a special steam cylinder. When water is let into the cylinder, the circuit between the electrodes closes and the water is heated. This produces pure, odorless water vapor.
Hygromatik uses in all devices exclusively solid full-surface electrodes. Due to the high amount of material, these are particularly durable and ideally suited for tap water.
The maintenance effort for the electrode steam humidifiers is particularly low, since the electrodes are replaced less often need to be replaced less often need to be replaced.
